Shipping policy

We are only able to take orders for delivery to UK address
(We are unfortunately unable to process overseas orders eg EU, USA)

Delivery costs depend on the combined weight of your purchases and are calculated automatically. Delivery is free on all orders over £40.

All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce*.

• Royal Mail Delivery for parcels up to 2.0kgs only. Delivery costs depend on the combined weight of your purchases and are calculated automatically.

• Parcelforce services for parcels under 30kgs Delivery costs depend on the combined weight of your purchases and are calculated automatically. All Parcelforce packages can be tracked and are insured up to £250. Parcels over 30kgs will be subject to surcharges which are automatically calculated.

Dispatch of your order 

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 3 working day subject to availability. Due to our location please allow 7-10 working days for your parcel to reach you. Please note that during seasonal peak demand, dispatch may take longer. 

*Our postage rates include a small charge to cover packaging and handling costs. All delivery charges are subject to V.A.T.
